The hostel was really clean and cozy, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was super cool and created a great atmosphere for young people to hang out and socialize. The location was also great, just a 5-minute walk to the central area.
The kitchen had a terrible smell, which made it unpleasant to cook or eat there. Additionally, the noise from the reception and the owner washing dishes at 3 a.m. was quite annoying.

I really appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere at this hostel. The decoration had a homely and comfortable feel, with nice touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The general areas, such as the lounge and common room, were well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax and meet other travelers. As a senior woman, I also found the hostel to be easily accessible, with convenient facilities and a helpful staff to assist me if needed.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hostel had a vibrant and sociable atmosphere that made it easy to meet new people and have a great time. The communal areas, including the bar and chill out spots, were perfect for socializing and enjoying some drinks. Alvaro, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, with safety lockers and a communal kitchen. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, like not always having hot water for showers and some noise from the bar at night, our overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Casa Babylon to those who enjoy a lively and social hostel environment.

I got great value for my money at Casa Babylon Backpakers. The room was comfortable, well-ventilated, and had a good locker for my valuables. The location was convenient, just an 8-minute walk to the beautiful Pedregalejo beach. The staff treated me like family, organizing fun dinners and even helping with transportation.
The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

I stayed at a hostel called Casa Babylon and it was perfect for my drinking holiday. The hostel had a sociable atmosphere with two communal areas and a bar that stayed open late. Throughout the day, everyone socialized and in the evenings, we would gather together to play cards or go dancing. The staff, especially Alvaro, were amazing and made us feel very welcome. Alvaro went above and beyond, providing us with tips and advice about the city and often joined in on the socializing. The accommodation was clean, with safety lockers and a bathroom on each floor. The communal kitchen was well-equipped with cooking equipment, as well as breakfast, coffee/tea, and even pasta. There were also three "chill out" areas with sofas, a bar, and day beds. The drinks were cheap and the music was funky. I highly recommend Casa Babylon to anyone who wants to socialize, listen to music, and meet new people.
Could not be improved in any way! 👍
